CANON, the culture cel of the national Educational department, wanted an open and creative learning environment for students, teachers and guidance people, so they can actively being contacted with the world of art and culture.
NSDS designed a web site for CANON where schools and organisations can register projects, implement them, apply for financial support.
The web site is controlled by ans easy to use content management tool (NetToolkit). Projects are not published immediately, but are kept on hold until they are approved by CANON. The management tool offers a diverse reporting tool, shown in representable tables.
A mailing tool (NetMasp) was buit in to allow mailings to chosen profiles. The people who are registered to these profiles, receive mails about whatever interests them. This provides a satisfied user mentality. The mailings can be composed with an easy online html editor, so even graphics are included easily.
The web site is hosted on NSDS servers (Services).
