			CASE DESCRIPTION:
			Kleur Bekennen is an educational campaign to promote, stimulate and support active world citizenship in general education services. Kleur Bekennen cooperates with the Belgian Technical Society, with the Minister of Worldwide Development Cooper ation, DGOS, all Flemish provinces, the Flemisch Community Commission, ngo' s and educational organisations. Kleur Bekennen wanted to organise all of this on a web site. NSDS designed a web site for Kleur Bekennen, so that schools can register projects, elaborate on them and ask for financial support. The web site is controlled by a content management tool (NetToolkit). Projects can't be published immediately, Kleur Bekennen has to approve them first. Advanced reporting facilities and easy to read table views are present. A mailing tool (NetMasp) was built in to allow specified mailings to certain profiles. The people who registered for hem, receive mailings about items they have interests in, which results into satisfied users. The web site is being hosted (Services) on NSDS servers.	Used technology
